Patient had complaint of food lodgement and pain in lower left back tooth region since one month with dull and continous pain..
Provisional Diagnosis: As per the clinical features, it required Root Canal Treatment.

Complaint: Complain of dull and continous pain in lower left and right back tooth region since 6 months;bilaterally, swelling observed in parotid region(extraoral).
Patient advised with USG due to no abnormality intraorally and in OPG
Final Diagnosis:Enlargemement of lypmh nodes in the parotid gland.
