70 years old Male Pt. presented in April with impending paraplegia. On workup was diagnosed with high risk Multiple Myeloma with Skeletal disease and Bone Marrow involvement and poor Cytogenetics. He was treated with Induction Chemotherapy and post remission after 6 months subjected to Bone Marrow Transplant.Today he is discharged after successful Transplant.
