SBInc is established as an entity, which helps Bio related technology start-up businesses with all the necessary resources / support that the start-up needs to evolve and grow as a mature business. This incubator is essentially a Technology Business Incubator (TBI). Typically, a TBI provides the incubates with necessary infrastructure, technology/ prototype development, research assistance, help in getting funds, business consulting assistance and do whatever is necessary to make the start-up a success. Savli bioincubator provides a range of accommodation for:

• Well-furnished Individual/Shared Office spaces.
• Walk-in’ Individual/Shared Laboratory units.
• We also offer ‘shell spaces’ for flexible occupier fit out. The contemporary office and laboratory environment along with the technology management centre provides fertile environment for rapid growth of startup and collaborations. Along with the accommodation we envisage to provide following facilities to the incubatees :

1. Access equipment’s in the common equipment laboratory at no additional cost.
2. Provide mentoring and help regarding IP related issues.
3. Simplify technology transfer and commercialization.
4. Meeting rooms and presentation spaces, with AV facilities.
5. Preinstalled telephones with dedicated numbers..
6. IT distribution ready for connection.
7. Uninterrupted electric and water supply
8. Large parking spaces
9. Nearby medical health unit and Fire station. The objective of the Bio-Incubator is to address different levels of entrepreneurs in the biotech research. The Bio-Incubator will serve as a platform for association of academia and entrepreneurs.
