Implant removal from maxillary sinus!

Dental implant placed before 4 months at some other clinic, went into maxillary sinus due to lack of density of bone in patient. Removed under local anesthesia. Removing implant from sinus is tricky due to position of the sinus and constant head movement. An expert Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeron consultation needed for such conditions.
