Deep fried potato may cause cancer :

Potato has sugary starch, water & amino acids inside.
So When refrigerated potato gets deep fried, it generates an element called acrylamide & this acrylamide amount increases more & more upon deep frying.
This acrylamide element can be a reason for cancer later on.

For those who buy their medicines from the pharmacies which are giving more discounts, an important information & instruction for you all.

Again today (02-03-23), duplicate branded spurious medicines of crores of rupees, seized by S.T.F. at Varanasi.

It's my sincere request to all of you that don't buy your medicines from the particular pharmacy just because they are giving unbelievable discounts & greedy advertisements.
First, check & verify the pharmacy in all aspects.
Have some councelling with retail pharmacist of that pharmacy regarding background & modus operandi of the pharmacy as well as have some conversation regarding your daily medicines & clear all your doubts.
If you get satisfied fully, then only buy your medicines from that pharmacy.

Uric acid
It's a bad acid found in blood which is responsible for gout, stone & other joint problems.
As per centre for disease control & prevention, fructose is also responsible for increasing uric acid levels.
So here are the fruits which are having high fructose levels :
Kismis, jackfruit, guava, blueberry, banana.
So people who are having high uric acid levels, kindly consume these fruits in limit.
