I wont be available at my clinics as I am in Turkey for my presentation on "Role of Hypnotherapy in Skin Disorders" at the 1st International Psychodermatology Congress in Istambul. Psychodermatogy is an emerging subspeciality that studies the skin mind connect and the role of stress and mental trauma on skin.

Focus on self development more than false beautification with fairness creams. Their prolonged use can harm your skin. No one notices facial flaws of talented people.

Singers like Lata Mangeshkar, Ustad Ghulam Ali and super actor Amitabh Bachhan are best examples.
