Attended the Preach Homoeopathic workshop on healing in Acutes and Physiological disorders.
Understanding disease through Organon , physiology, GNM theory were discussed through many cases. The Physical generals like thermals and thirst were understood deeply with the knowledge of thermoregulation which are controlled by our Brain stem , and hence it's altered state in Acutes like fever .
Understanding how emotions affect our physical being through the HPA axis and the Autonomous nervous system helped in understanding how symptoms develop.
A few cases discussed :

1. Case of Acute Renal failure post snake bite with cellulitis of the right leg
patient had vomiting after snake bite ,which stopped and then had swelling of the leg and raised creatine.
Family history : father was very irresponsible, verbally abusing his wife and had lost money in gambling. Patient had anger , resentment towards his father and felt abandoned. otherwise he is a jolly , responsible person.
Kidney -functuon is to excrete waste water . Conflict for kidney acc to GNM is Abandoned conflict .
Organon teaches us -All acutes are explosion of latent Psora .
Rubrics : Fear injured , benevolence,Abandoned
Rx - Lachesis 200 ( though right leg involved )

Case 2 : of Acute Pancreatitis in an obese (103kgs)male patient of 15yrs .
Family h of mother being neglected ,forsaken .Both mother and patient are very sensitive to criticism .

Abdomen : inflammation pancreas

case 3 : Invasive Fungal sinusitis In a female .
pt got this post Covid and was advised to get it operated which can hamper her one eye vision..hence came for Homoeopathy

Patient is of yielding nature , had seen many deaths in her family .
