‘It’s just tiredness.’ — Said while ignoring blurry vision for 6 months.
‘I’ll go to the doctor next month.’ — Said in January. It’s now April.
‘These drops worked for my neighbour, so they’ll work for me.’ — Said before discovering what steroids do to eye pressure.
‘I don’t need sunglasses, I’ll just squint.’ — Said by someone who hasn’t met pterygium or UV-induced cataract yet.
