A young patient came to us with persistent chest pain, fever & fatigue. After careful evaluation, drainage of fluid and investigations diagnosed with tubercular pleural effusion was made.
With timely treatment, dedication, and regular follow‑ups over the months, the fluid resolved, symptoms disappeared, and the patient regained full health.
This is a routine day to day patient but
this story is a reminder: early diagnosis + proper treatment = complete recovery and also about tuberculosis awareness.

A young patient presented following a Road Traffic Accident (RTA). The chest X-ray on the left clearly showed a complete collapse of the left lung.
We performed an urgent bronchoscopy and successfully removed significant thick clots and a mucous plug that were completely obstructing the airway.
The result? The post-procedure X-ray (right) confirms a dramatic resolution! The left lung is now fully re-expanded and aerated.
This case highlights the critical, life-saving role of immediate bedside bronchoscopy in managing post-traumatic lung collapse. It is a simple but life saving procedure.
