Shri Anil Dhameliya, IAS, District Collector, Vadodara made a visit to Child Care Institutions managed by Alembic CSR Foundation on the 19th March 2025.
At Specialized Adoption Agency, the Collector officially handed over a child in adoption to his Adoptive parents, fulfilling their dream of parenthood.

Later he visited Alembic’s Group Foster Care home, where he received warm welcome from the resident boys. Alembic CSR Foundation is running Gujarat’s second and Vadodara District’s first authorised ‘Group Foster Care home’ (GFC) since 2022. It caters to boys between 6 -18 years of age, who are from vulnerable background and in need of care and protection. Foundation’s role is to provide them with holistic development opportunities and groom them for independent and responsible life in society.

Alembic Farmers Empowerment Project – Farmers Day Celebration

- 1000 plus men and women Farmers from all our 26 neighbourhood Villages (Panelav, Karakhadi & Jarod cluster) came together at Jarod for National Farmers Day Celebration.
- Knowledge sharing about various best practices were done, healthy Calf Competition, and Stalls for information dissemination were put.
- MLA Waghodia Sh. Dharmendrasinh Vaghela, Officials from Government Departments of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Horticulture, Alembic Colleagues from HR, Environment and Operations at Jarod and Panchdevla, and various Knowledge Partners participated on this occasion.
- All Farmers took Oath to come under one Federation for collective marketing of their produce.

Alembic CSR Foundation took the initiative to spread joy among 800 underprivileged children in City of Vadodara. In a heartwarming gesture, the Foundation distributed 800 gifts bags to vulnerable children at various slum pockets, Child Care Institutions and Shelter homes across the city, making their Diwali truly special. Each child received a thoughtfully curated gift in an attractive school bag full of various confectionaries such as cakes, biscuits, chocolates, wafers, chikki, traditional snacks and balloons.

Recent Floods in Vadodara affected lakhs of people, leaving them stranded without basic necessities.
Alembic Group came forth to support people in this hour of need, over 200 Alembic employees volunteered to distribute food packets, milk pouches, bottled water and dry ration kits to more than 5,000 needy people in waterlogged pockets.

Alembic CSR Foundation, under its Project “Alembic Sports” organized _Sport Summer Camp_ for the villages around its operations at Panelav and Karakhadi.
Children and Youth were coached in a week-long camp for their favorite sport. Moreover, villagers of all other age groups also enthusiastically participated in various sports like Cricket, Football, Kho-Kho, Kabaddi, Volleyball, Running and other fun games.

More than 1000 villagers participated and witnessed this fun-packed event. The winners were felicitated with trophies, medals and certificates.
