I was 108 kgs. I had lots of health issues like fatigue, high blood pressure, tiredness and could walk hardly 4 kms in a day. Now after following Dr Smita Patel's diet plan strictly for 30 weeks I lost 30 kgs and 30 cms in waist. Now I am 78 kgs.
Now I have stopped blood pressure medicine completely, my sugar levels have also gone down and I feel much more energetic and I walk around 10 to 12 kms in a day without fatigue or getting tired all. I truelly thank for giving me a new life all together.
