Laparoscopic surgery: big cholecyst of o***y removal.

This patient had severe pain in lower abdomen.
She had big 15 × 8 cm , chocolate cyst of o***y as well as intestinal adhesions.
She was operated in our hospital by Dr Abhijeet Mhaskar and Dr Shailaja Mhaskar by Laparoscopy , chocolate cyst removed and the healthy part of the o***y was preserved. She had severe intestinal adhesions. So adhesion removal was also done with laparoscopic surgery.
Patient started eating and walking on the same day of surgery. Patient was discharged on the next day of surgery. She was totally pain-free.
