Yes you heard it right, today's WISDOM WEDNESDAY is all about our mental health.
So are we really happy?
Do we really think about our happiness? Do we even take a moment for ourselves?
Do you really speak whats in your heart?
In todays life these questions really matters. In this very fast moving society we are always competing with everyone, we are busy with our work and other responsibilities, there is constant pressure on us to do better in everything and every field , in all this chaos we are forgetting about ourselves and our mental health.
This chaos and many other emotional matter piles up and leads to depression, irritation, anger , sleeplessness, high BP, diabetes and numerous various diseases.
These are some of the signs to check where you or your loved one is depressed
•Eating or sleeping too much or too little.
• pulling away from people and usual activities.
• Having low or no energy.
• Felling of hopeless and helpless.
• Severe mood swings.
• Crying
• Excessive anxiety.
• Loss of interest in everything.
So when ever you notice any of these symptoms in your loved one kindly talk with them. PLEASE DONT MAKE FUN OF THEM.
KINDLY TAKE THEM SERIOUSLY.
MOST IMPORTANT "JUST LET THEM SPEAK UP, HEAR THEM"
THEY NEED YOU AND YOUR TIME.
Some tips to maintain positive health:
•If taking doesn't help kindly take professional help(its a normal disease) so no shame on this.
• stay positive
• Meditation
• Any kind of physical activity (walking, running,any sports)
• Getting proper sleep.
• Diary written or journal writing.
• Following your old passion, hobbies like painting, singing, dancing, gardening (which i love most) and many others.
