Do not loose hope.. as there is a solution to every problem. Like the knees of this old hopeless lady. She was almost bed ridden due to har extremely bad knees.. We took the challenge and performed knee replacement stepwise… and gave her hope of walking .. happy to share now she is walking with support and hopefully will walk freely in coming weeks..

Total knee replacement in a lady with severe Osteoarthritis and 1 year old stress fracture of tibia . Severe extra articular deformity. Such cases take extra surgical time and skills for better outcome. This is also a lesson for the patients who avoid TKR because they might land up in more difficult situations like this… 🙏🏻
