१.वाताधिक्य में नाड़ी-वाताधिक्य में नाड़ी की गति विषम व चंचल होती है तथा वह जलौकावत् एवं सर्पवत् चलती है।
२. पित्ताधिक्य में नाड़ी-नाड़ी गति तीक्ष्ण होती है वह कुलंग, काक तथा मेढ़क की भाँति उछलकर चलती है।
३.कफाधिक्य में नाड़ी-नाड़ी की गति मन्द होती है यह इस या पावती पक्षी के समान चलती है
४. सन्निपातिक नाड़ी-कभी लावा पक्षी के समान तिरछी गति से, कभी तीतर की भाँति शीघ्र गति वाली तथा कभी वर्ती (बत्तख) की समान धीर गति वाली नाही होती है।
५. द्विदोषज नाही- द्विदोष के प्रभाव से नाड़ी कभी मन्द गति से तथा कमी तीव्र गति से चलने लगती है और कभी अपने स्थान से च्युत हो जाती है अर्थात् उसका स्पन्दन प्रतीत नहीं होता।

Sharapunka - Tephrosia purpurea
Katuki - Picrorrhiza kurroa
Bhumyamalaki - Phyllanthus niruri
Amalaki - Emblica officinalis
Punarnava - Boerhavia diffusa
Kakamachi - Solanum nigrum
Kalamegha - Andrographis paniculata
Loha - Iron
Kumari - Aloe vera
Guduchi - Tinospora cordifolia
Haridra - Curcuma longa

Iron supplements can increase the iron in your body. This may help treat iron-deficiency anemia. Iron supplements are generally not given to people who do not have iron-deficiency anemia because too much iron can damage your organs. Vitamin B12 supplements or shots can help treat vitamin B12–deficiency anemia.

2-पित्त
इसका मुख्य स्थान हृदय से नाभि के बीच होता है।

3- कफ
कफ का मुख्य स्थान हृदय के ऊपरी भाग में होता है।
