Know your Diabetes ABCs
1-A is for A1c (HBA1c)
It should be less than 7%.
2-B is for Blood pressure.
It should be 120/80 mmHg.
3-C is for cholesterol level of LDL or bad cholesterol.
It should be less than 100mg/dl.
4. S is for smoking. Smoking increases your blood sugar blood pressure and cholesterol level.Learn How to Quit smoking.
These actions can help lower your chances of having heart attack,stroke or diabetes problems.

How do you manage High Blood pressure and type 2 diabetes.
American Diabetes Association recommends the following to help prevent the onset of high blood pressure.
1.Reduce your salt intake.
2.Engage in stress relieving activities.
3.Exercise Regularly.
4. Get to and stay at healthy weight.
5.Avoid excessive alcohol intake.
6. Stop smoking and avoid exposer to second hand smoke.
