The best thing which you can do is, eat fibre rich food along with foods containing sugar if you really can't live without that 'particular' food item. Let's say , a good example. Isn't it a great idea! You crave for sugar, you crave for salt, you crave for soda, you crave for sweets, you crave for spices and what not. Have less of everything instead of omitting it completely and have no depression. Less of salt, less of sugar, less of spices, less of oils, less of soda....would lead you to a . So, think it over!

Eat light after 7 p.m. Include fibre and protein rich diet in dinner. Additionally, curd/yoghurt may also be included just after the meal to provide you with additional health benefits. Don't give too much load to your stomach that you start suffering from uneasiness (bloating, heart burn, nausea, etc). Eat dinner minimum 2 hours prior sleeping.

: Here are our top solutions to gain weight ;

1) Drink 2 to 3 glasses of milk OR you can even replace it with curds or lassi.

2) Eat 2 eggs OR chicken/meat/fish (2 pieces) per day. If you are a complete vegetarian you may replace these with 2 small bowls of daal or soyabean or 50 g Paneer.

3) Include fried and oily foods as an evening snacks such as potato cheelas, paneer cheelas, samosas, gujiya, puris etc.

4) Take 5 meals a day (morning, mid-morning, lunch, evening snacks and dinner)

5) Eat carb rich fruits such as bananas, mangoes, grapes, dates etc. Two servings are enough.

6) May include cakes, pastries, icecreams, sweets after dinner or as an evening snack.

7) Eat more carb rich foods like wheat, rice and suji.
