A story of hope, strength, and expert care 🙏
Shiv Prakash Pandey was brought to the hospital with a severe head injury after a heavy wooden object fell on his head, causing skull fracture and brain hemorrhage. An emergency surgery was performed immediately.
He was extubated after 24 hours, and with proper care and monitoring, he showed remarkable recovery. By post-operative day 8, he was able to speak properly and walk independently.
This successful recovery was made possible under the expert guidance of
Dr. Alok Ojha (Senior Neuro Surgeon) and Dr. Neeraj Sharma (Senior Neuro Surgeon).

The Advance Cardiology Meet 2026, organized by the Cardiological Society of India Varanasi Chapter in collaboration with Heritage IMS, was successfully conducted on 18th January 2026 at Taj Ganges, Varanasi.
It was a highly enriching scientific program featuring insightful sessions on advances in interventional cardiology, evidence-based clinical practice, complex coronary and structural cases, AI in cardiology, heart failure device therapy, hypertension management, and many more cutting-edge topics.
The program witnessed enthusiastic participation from cardiologists, physicians, DM/DNB trainees, and fellows, making it a wonderful platform for learning, discussion, and exchange of ideas. We sincerely thank all the esteemed speakers, chairpersons, panelists, and delegates for making this CME a grand success.
Such academic gatherings strengthen our commitment to delivering better, updated, and evidence-based cardiac care to patients. Looking forward to many more such impactful academic collaborations in the future. 🙏

Saving Lives & Preserving Dreams: A Success Story at Heritage IMS Hospital
Meet Jyoti Kumari Yadav, a 26-year-old mother who faced a life-threatening medical challenge. This condition carried a high risk of rupture and uncontrollable bleeding during any standard procedure.
While removing the uterus was an option, Dr. Mahendra Kumar Bind, Consultant Interventional Radiologist & Assistant Professor, was determined to preserve her fertility.
When emergency bleeding started overnight, Dr. Bind and his team acted immediately in the Cath Lab, performing a Uterine Artery Embolization. The procedure was a complete success, closing the pseudoaneurysm while keeping her uterus intact.
