We get fresh farm milk delivered every day at home, it's buffalo milk . Its very rich and creamy, after boiling and cooling , I collect all the cream from the top , and keep it in a jar in the freezer. I had one jar full , so I thought I try to make butter . And here is the result , unsalted white butter ... Not bad.. right?

First time I have made curd ( a type of natural yoghurt) no need to buy them in plastic tubs any more . Fresh farm milk is used from and they deliver in glass bottle daily , wich is a big plus. Also milk is pure no additional stuff or hormones used.

*चाय पीते पीते अचानक ही ख़याल आया !!*
*समय हो तो आप भी गहन विचार कीजिए*

लगातार जारी इस लाकडाउन की वजह से -
(1)सारी मिठाई की दुकानें बंद हैं।
(2)सारे रेस्टोरेन्ट बंद हैं।
(3)सारी चाय की दुकानें व चाय के ठेले बंद हैं ।
(4)चाट के ठेले नहीं लग रहे ।
(5)शादी, विवाह व पार्टियां नहीं हो रहीं ।

तो फिर इनमें खपने वाला हजारों लीटर दूध कहां जा रहा है ? और दूध वालो ने अतिरिक्त दूध रास्ते पर भी नहीं फेका है।। हमे सस्ते दामों में भी दूध नहीं दे रहे हैं।। हमारे घर में जितना दूध अा रहा था आज भी उतना ही आ रहा है।।
और दूध को रखा भी नहीं जा सकता ।

क्या सचमुच बाजार में इतने बडे़ पैमाने पर कृत्रिम दूध का धंधा चल रहा था ?
बात तो सोचने की है ना ?🤔
