As the temperature keeps increasing, it's very important to keep yourself hydrated.

Other than thirst
There are many other signs and symptoms that indicate dehydration in your body like
*Muscle pains and weakness
*Light headedness/ dizziness
*Dry mouth
*Dry skin
*Dry chapped lips
*Less urine flow
*Yellow dark urine
*High fever

So let's not forget to
*drink water*

Here are some tips to keep yourself hydrated
@ Carry your water always with you
@ Don't wait to drink water till you start feeling thirsty
@ Add some flavour to water
@ Other than water there are other sources of hydration like fruits and juices, butter milk, coconut water etc
@ Avoid caffeine and alcohol
