As parents or care givers, there are little everyday actions that come to us instinctively and these are as simple as:

❌Blowing into a child’s food to help it cool down
❌Tasting food before feeding it to the child and using the same spoon as ours to feed the child
❌Using common utensils and feeding siblings from the same serving of food
