हम ने देखा है की डायबिटीस मे खाना समय पर खाना बहुत ही महत्वपूर्ण है .
ये हप्ते मे जागतिक महिला दिन है.इस उपलक्ष्य मे आज हम घर पर ही रहने वाली महिलाएं , उनका डायबिटीस और उन की खाना सही तरिके से ना खाने की समस्या इस पर विचार करेंगे.

अ) सुबह का नाश्का नही करते , सुबह खाने की आदत नही है..??
आदत डालो... डायबिटीस हमारे लिये बदलता नही है..तो डायबिटीस के लिए हम बदलेंगे..सुबह का नाश्ता जरूर करेंगे.
ब) दोपहर का या शाम का खाना बच्चे या पति का खाना होने के बाद ही खायेंगे ?? ....नही हमारी गोली और हमारा खाना एक दुसरे पर निर्भर है. हमारा खाना बताये गये टाईम पर ही होगा। हमारे अपनों को हम वो आने के बाद प्यार से परोसेंगे.
क) इतना सा चावल , रोटी या सब्जी क्यू फेके तो उसे जरूरत ना होने पर भी पेट मे रख दे ?? .. .नही ... बचे हुए अन्न का ऐसा इस्तेमाल ना किजीये.
ड) अचानक आये हुए मेहमानों के लिए खाने की व्यवस्था मे लग जाये लेकीन खुद का खाना भूल कर...?? नही...हम हमारी दो रोटियां खाकर ही रसोई घर मे सब का खाना होने तक काम करेंगे .
मेरे सभी प्यारी माता बहनों आप का घर चल रहा है , दौड रहा है केवल आप घर पर खडी हो इस लिये.. तो पहले खुद को सम्हाले डायबिटीस को सम्हाले ... आप का घर जरूर सवरता रहेगा .
