🍃 Grounding - The one single thing I recommend to every other patient in my daily practice. We have no clue how much power the "Prithvi" tattva holds and how big a role it could play in enhancing stability, structure and functionality in our lives.

❓ How to practice it?
Look for a natural surface that's free from sharp objects like nails, pieces of glass, metal scrap. It could be dried or fresh grass with no chemical sprays, piece of barren land with dirt or soil, it could be a natural stone surface that's not very hard to sit or walk on. Whatever little piece you can get yourself to walk or sit on, go for it!
