60 year old gentleman German 🇩🇪 national , came to MGM Vashi Navi Mumbai Hospital with severe chest pain
ACD - Inferior wall MI, Angiography showed super dominant ECTATIC RCA 100% stenosis with large thrombus…Multiple rounds of thrombus aspiration was done, Intravenous Tirofiban and Tenectaplace given, had TIMI 3 flow.
Check angiography after 3 days showed TIMI 3 flow. OCT showed ruptured plaque with 7 mm size ECTATIC RCA.
Decision to manage medically with oral anticoagulants and antiplatelets was made. Patient discharged in stable state
