Children at Urvi 🌸

Over the years at Urvi, we’ve watched something beautiful unfold. While Urvi supports adults in turning inward and towards questioning, observing, shedding layers, she seems to hold the children in her own way.

When children aren’t told what to become, something natural begins to bloom. They run through the trees, return with muddy feet and shining eyes, ask endless questions, and burst into laughter for no reason at all. There’s an ease in them, living with a spontaneity that feels free and unhindered.

In the forest and in community living as Urvi’s, they grow with many teachers around them. Learning feels shared, woven into daily life, easing the pressure on parents to be everything at once.

Here, children simply remain close to what they already are something that so easily fades in the rush of overly structured living.

We’re looking forward to more and more innocence embrace Urvi 🌿

*A week of living, learning, and creating in the forest valley.*

At Urvi, life unfolds in silence and song, in work and stillness, in the quiet spaces between breath and being.
This week is an invitation for parents and children to live in that rhythm where learning arises from experience; where shared living, creating art, the forest, the community kitchen, and each conversation become mirrors of understanding.

The week flow through the moments of soil between fingers, of laughter in the wind, of simple meals shared in warmth and wonder.
Each day reveals how presence teaches more deeply than words ever can.

Guided by the Urvi community, a circle of artists, teachers, farmers, and seekers reimagining life in the valley, the week flows as a living inquiry into what it means to grow, to love, and to live consciously together.

What is Silent Alchemy ?

Silent Alchemy is a 7-day immersive process designed to help individuals undo psychological patterns, release emotional baggage, and reconnect with a deeper, more direct experience of themselves.

This is not a ideological teaching or a philosophy. It is a practical, experiential space where deep transformation can occur through a combination of breathwork, silence, emotional expression, yogic rest and self-inquiry.

Participants are not expected to follow a belief system or suppress anything. Instead, the process encourages each person to face their inner world directly, without distraction, judgment or escape.

Who is it for ?

This process is for those who:

- Feel stuck in repeating emotional or mental patterns

- Are carrying suppressed grief, anger or confusion

- Feel disconnected from their body or aliveness

- Are seeking clarity, not through ideas, but through experience

- Are ready to observe themselves honestly and without masks

- It is not for people looking for entertainment, socializing or surface-level relief.

What happens during the seven days ?

Each day follows a carefully designed rhythm that combines intense inner work with space for rest and integration.

Key components of the process include:

- Breath as a Doorway

- Emotional catharsis

- Deep silence

- Yogic sleep

Witnessing

- Movement & Play

- Ta***ic techniques

This is not a therapy program, but it can be therapeutic.

Here, you’ll find a space to rest deeply, move gently, cook together, sit in silence and remember what stillness feels like. Just the breath of the mountains, the warmth of the fire, the embrace of nature, and the freedom to simply be.
