Patient presented with overweight 104kg,swelling of body and face(myxoedema), full body tenderness, breathing problem, discomfort in the throat while swallowing and hoarseness of sound while speaking, disturbed sleep at night, all day sleepy , severe mood swings, depression, chest pain,laziness, brainfog, excess body heat, numbness in hands and legs, tennis elbow,muscle cramps at night
Both anti TPO and Anti thyroglobulin antibodies were high and usg of thyroid showed thyroiditis with TR 2 nodules in thyroid
Result of treatment
Patient is out of All the above mentioned symptoms
TSH has come down to almost normalcy(though we don't give much importance to TSH level), reduced 18 kg weight,🥰
