Nalam Medical centre and Hospital was started in 2008 by a team of young and dedicated doctors to provide speciality trauma and multispeciality care in alignment with the requirements and the need of people of Vellore. Today within a short span of 4 years it has gained good name and reputation not only among people of Vellore but also nearby places like Arni, Arcot etc. With a panel of dedicated consultants with vested interest in the project and fully qualified paramedical and support team round the clock Nalam offers quick and efficient service to all.

Today basic newborn resuscitation program - first golden minute (BNCRP- FGM) project for nurses and practitioners was conducted in Nalam medical centre under the auspices of IAP TNSC, North Arcot and IMA Vellore
42 enthusiastic delegates from many hospitals in and around vellore attended.
Dr. Sathish Kumar from TVM, Dr. Anand peters from CMC Vellore, Dr. Anita from Chennai and Sister Angeline from SMH Ranipet along with myself were the faculties
It was great to see all delegates to be on time
They completed first the online videos and then came for this course
I am so happy that many of our staffs participated enthusiastically
