Thank you beena ma'am and nisha ma'am for garbhasanskar classes.. We accidentally got to know about these classes but it proved to be worth it.. 9 months passed with great ease due to garbhasanskar classes.. Beena ma'am taught us all related to pregnancy from food to eat to each and every step of pregnancy like how to breastfeed, take care of newborn etc.. There was a emotional touch in each and every garbhasamwad that ma'am did. We could feel baby getting excited hearing madam' voice by intensity of kick. It made us connect with our child more and more.. Really it made us imagine how our child should be.. Many activities were taken like prenatal yoga, garbhasamwad, halarda, stotra and shloka singing, puzzles solving, painting, games, celebrating festivals like janmashtmi with dance, the list goes on.. We have danced also on janmashtmi , sang many songs which I thought I won't be able to do at starting, rejoiced many hobbies like painting feeling back to school days etc.. Pregnancy is not an easy journey, we have many hormonal changes, mood swings etc but maam's guidance and support made it a smooth journey to pass.. She was a strong support system throughout.. The classes also made changes in me as a person too, I can feel changes in my nature too, I am more calm and stable than before pregnancy..it helped me in staying calm in difficult situation..also I developed control over my breathing which helped me a lot in vaginal delivery.Also my migraine subsided without medication due to prenatal yoga.. And no complications occurred in my pregnancy, all my health profile like blood pressure, thyroid, sugars were normal due to yoga.. All I could say my classes will be over after few days after delivery of my baby.i have delivered a baby girl yesterday, she is very calm and responsive to shloka.. And garbhasanskar classes really helped me tackle difficulty in normal labor.. Thanks for your support till last beena ma'am..
But I will miss ma'am class a lot.. Lots of love and respect to maam..
