मरीज युवा होने के कारण कूल्हा जोड़ प्रत्यारोपण सिरेमिक हेड के साथ करने का निर्णय लिया गया। मरीज का ऑपरेशन कूल्हे के आगे से किया गया(modified hardinge approach)जिससे मरीज का कूल्हा जोड़ खिसकने की संभावना ना के बराबर रहती है। इस तरह से जोड़ प्रत्यारोपण ऑपरेशन करने से मरीज के जोड़ के अधिकतर सभी मासपेशियों को बचाते हुए करने से , आपरेशन के बाद मरीज अच्छे से चलता है और जोड़ के सभी कार्य पहले जैसे बने रहते है। सबसे बड़ी खुशी मरीज के चेहरे पर मुस्कान देखकर ही मिलती है। इस प्रकार के ऑपरेशन बड़े शहरों से आधे से कम में यहां विदिशा मे भी संभव है।
