Closing Ceremony of 7-Day Children’s Wellness and Values Camp Held at RKM Ayurveda Hospital, Vijayapur
Vijayapur: The Department of Koumarabhritya, in association with RKM Ayurveda Hospital, Vijayapur, successfully concluded the 7-day Children’s Wellness and Values Camp with a vibrant closing ceremony marked by enthusiastic participation of children and their parents.
The program was graced by Chief Guest Mr. Praveen Raikote, High Court Advocate and Board Member of Sri Mallikarjun Vidya Vardhak Sangh, Vijayapur. Addressing the gathering, he emphasized the importance of adopting healthy eating habits and maintaining good physical fitness from a young age. He appreciated the Department of Koumarabhritya for organizing such a meaningful initiative dedicated to the holistic development of children.
Sri S. M. Karpurmath, General Secretary, RKM Group of Institutions, Vijayapur, presided over the function and highlighted the institution’s continuous efforts in promoting preventive healthcare and value-based upbringing through Ayurveda.
The event was attended by Dr. N. M. Rudragoudar, Principal; Dr. Purushottam Ukkali, Head of the Department of Koumarabhritya; and Dr. Soumya, Assistant Professor, along with faculty members, parents, and students.
As part of the valedictory program, all participating children were provided with Health Cards and Certificates of Participation. Adding further value to the initiative, parents of all participating children were offered a free health check-up facility at RKM Hospital and can avail the service anytime during the month of April.
The program concluded on a joyful note with a talent show, where children showcased their talents and creativity, reflecting the confidence and values imbibed during the camp.
The camp focused on child health, nutrition, discipline, and value education, reaffirming RKM Ayurveda Hospital’s commitment to nurturing a healthier and value-oriented younger generation.
