A patient aged 38years complaining of Amenorrhoea (absence of me**es) since one year
Leucorrhoea one week after me**es (before one year)
Hypogastric pain observed one week before me**es
Just complaining of weight gain (wt- 100kgs)
On Observing oedema of both legs with slight pain (ocassionally)
Patient is more thirsty
