Sample 1-Day Balanced Diet Plan
Early Morning (6:30 - 7:30 AM): Start with warm water with lemon juice or green tea etc
Breakfast (8:00 - 9:00 AM): Choose between oats with milk and nuts, or boiled eggs with whole wheat bread and sprout or else south indian or north indian breakfast
Mid-Morning Snack (11:00 AM): Have a fruit or a small portion or seeds
Lunch (1:00 - 2:00 PM): A typical meal could include whole wheat rotis, lentils, seasonal vegetables, and a simple salad , grains
Evening Snack (4:30 - 5:30 PM): Opt for green tea with nuts or juices
Dinner (7:30 - 8:30 PM): A light dinner like vegetable soup with dal khichdi, or grilled paneer/tofu with sautéed vegetables, is recommended if not possible have pulka or curry or low calorie delicious
Post-Dinner (If hungry): A glass of warm skim milk with turmeric can be consumed or else green tea
