In contrast, an adequate intake of fruits and vegetables is crucial for maintaining a healthy weight and providing essential nutrients for growth. Overeating, skipping meals, large portion sizes, and frequent snacking can also contribute to an energy imbalance that leads to weight gain.
Some of the major points which lead to childhood obesity.
📌Consuming high-fat, high-sugar, and high-sodium foods.
📌Drinking sugary beverages.
📌Inadequate intake of fruits and vegetables.
📌Frequent or unrestricted snacking on processed foods.
📌Skipping meals or having large meals.
📌 Eating out in restaurant frequently.
