Patanjali’s Classical Yoga

Under this, we train students in various Asanas, Pranayamas and Relaxation Techniques. We also teach Shuddhi Kriyas like Kapalabhati, Jal Neti and Trataka. Asanas are adapted for specific stress-induced ailments such as heart disease, hyper-tension, diabetes, arthritis, back problems, allergies and more. Recreation and Meditation are also essential part of

the course and regular practice sessions. Students have option of taking up four times a week or thrice a week schedule in convenient morning hourly batches which start at 10:00. We also offer Online Yoga Classes on Monday Wednesday Thursday and Fridays at 11:00 AM live with recordings available for next 48 hours
