In Gujarati, "Happy New Year" can be expressed as:

"નવું વર્ષાભિનંદન" (Navu Varshabhinandan)

Other ways to wish someone a Happy New Year in Gujarati:

- "નવું વર્ષ મંગળમય હોવું" (Navu Varsh Mangalmay Havu)
- "શુભ નવું વર્ષ" (Shubh Navu Varsh)
- "ખુશીઓનું નવું વર્ષ" (Khushionu Navu Varsh)

Gujarati New Year is celebrated as "Bestu Varsh" or "Vikram Samvat", which usually falls on the day after Diwali.

*નવું વર્ષાભિનંદન (Navu Varshabhinandan)*

- "નવું" (Navu) means "new"
- "વર્ષ" (Varsh) means "year"
- "અભિનંદન" (Abhinandan) means "congratulations" or "good wishes"

So, "Navu Varshabhinandan" literally means "Congratulations on the New Year".

*નવું વર્ષ મંગળમય હોવું (Navu Varsh Mangalmay Havu)*

- "મંગળમય" (Mangalmay) means "auspicious" or "full of good fortune"

This phrase wishes the person a new year filled with good fortune and prosperity.

*શુભ નવું વર્ષ (Shubh Navu Varsh)*

- "શુભ" (Shubh) means "auspicious" or "good"

This phrase simply wishes someone a good and auspicious new year.

*ખુશીઓનું નવું વર્ષ (Khushionu Navu Varsh)*

- "ખુશીઓનું" (Khushionu) means "full of happiness"

This phrase wishes someone a new year filled with happiness.
