I have always loved teaching! Whether it was teaching my clients or physiotherapists who worked with me or teaching my son (with the exception of teaching him Hindi and Marathi) ! Weekend done right! Soaking up the sun around kaas plateau ! Did u know our body stores vitamin d? 6 days of sun exposure a year can give u enough vitamin d3 for an entire year?? So go trekking over a couple of weekends a year and make sure you have a years supply of vitamin d3 sorted!
