Each of us lives in a self - (ego) created universe with our own self of blinders, reflecting and confirming our own beliefs constantly 🌞💖🌹
The universe we experience, each with its own limitations, give us false sense of security 💝🌺
Our own world feels familiar because we know (at least we think we know) what will happen next. Everything new and unknown seems frightening because we cannot predict the results in advance 🎆🌈
We might end up lucky and have things go well, or otherwise fall flat on our faces, if we embark on a new journey in to murky unknown 🌺💝
Generally the vast majority of people end up paying the high price of a frustrating relationship, a miserable job, or a life stuck in habits and ever more numbing routine,
rather than attempting a new path 💝🌈🌈🎆🌹💖🌞❤️

For every habit we have, for every experience we go through over and over,, for every pattern we repeat, there is a "Need Within US" for it 💝
The need correspond to some belief we have. If there were not a need, we wouldn't have it, do it, be it. We have to work on the
Willingness To Release The Need 💖
According to our perticular set of thought patterns,we "Need" to have certain outer effects or experiences 🌞
Every outer effect is the natural expression of an inner thought pattern. To battle only the outer effect or Symptom is wasted energy and often increases the problem❣️
The willingness to let go of the old is the key. That is secret. ⭐🌈❤️💖💝🌹

Universal Life Force Energy has the quality of universal Love. Whatever is touched by it gets healed. 💖💐Actually, there is only this totality of Love unseparably permeating all of Existence. ❤️
However, the ego/ mind, wounded as it is by its painful memories, can only perceive Love as a threat 💝 Because it attaches itself to a reality after the fact, memory is all the ego/mind can ever be; memory and resistance to feeling❣️
Love on the other hand is an energy of such high vibratory frequency that it automatically dissolves all resistance to feeling what is present 🌞⭐
Thus, the ego has to shut out Love, for fear of simply vanishing in to the vast and boundless ocean of feeling that Love is......🌹🌺🎆🌅🌈

A sense of belonging comes from sharing common interests and habits with others 🌺🌹💖
To find your similarities, you will need to put a filter on your thinking that says; Notice the traits that I share with other people. ❤️💐
Once you set this intention, you will begin to see commonalities that you might have overlooked if your mind- set had been focused on finding differences between you and others 🌺🌺
You do belong on this earth, because you have a life purpose that the world needs 🌈
You are unique, just as all beings are, yet you share a lot in common with others 💖🌹🌺

The ability to feel fully, is both a prerequisite for and a benefit of Core Empowerment 🌺
It is a prerequisite, because feeling what is happening in the moment is the only door which leads to present awareness. 🌹
Awareness generates more awareness and even multiplies itself 💐
You notice more about yourself and your outer reality also expands, the clearer you will become, and you will start perceiving in a new way whatever is going on in your life at any given moment 💖
Your attention will then naturally focus on your immediate feelings without resistance and without trying to make them change......💐💖🌹🌺❣️🌈
