Meditation is found one of the effective ways to reduce stress! It helps to calm our mind, helps to get in control of our emotions, strengthens us emotionally, relaxes and refreshes our mind. Practice focusing on breathing in and out aleast five minutes daily to reduce stress. Try to sleep atleast 7 hours daily at night. There are various meditation techiques one can learn for more benefits!
