Siddhakala Yoga, being conducting offline Yoga sessions since 2016, is pleased to inform you that we have also started the online Ashtanga Yoga sessions, to protect every individual’s health during ongoing pandemic with the promising health results.
The online batch timings are as follows.
Morning
6.30 am to 7.30 am IST
8.30 am to 9.30 am IST
Evening
6.00 pm to 7.00 pm IST
7.30 pm to 8.30 pm IST
You can have a free demo session to begin with. Each Yoga session is being modulated according every individuals body capacity to make it simple yet result oriented. Hence, after joining you are allowed to have a flexibility of timing to attend any one batch throughout the day.
