काल संध्याकाळी माझ्या क्लिनिकमधे दात तपासण्यासाठी एक ९ वर्षाची सुरेल आवाजाची गोड परी कु. पलाक्षी प्रविण दिक्षित तीच्या वडिलांसोबत आली होती.
कु. पलाक्षी ही झी मराठीवरील सारेगमप लिटिल चॅम्प्सची स्पर्धक आहे.
तीला ह्या स्पर्धेसाठी व उज्ज्वल भविष्यासाठी मनःपूर्वक शुभेच्छा.
आज आपल्या विरार - वसई मधील एक मुलगी ह्या स्पर्धेत आपला आवाज व शास्त्रीय संगीतातील मेहनत ह्याबळावर इथे पोहोचली ह्याचे कौतुक, आनंद व सार्थ अभिमान नक्कीच आहे.
त्याचसोबत तिच्या आईवडिलांनीसुद्धा तीला लहान वयापासून शास्त्रीय संगीताची गोडी लावली, तिला शिकवल व तिच्यासोबत मेहनत घेतली ह्याबद्दल मनापासून अभिनंदन.
आज पासून म्हणजेच २४ जूनपासून हा कार्यक्रम रात्री ९.३० वाजता झी मराठीवर प्रदर्शित होईल. तो बघायला विसरू नका आणि पलाक्षी व इतर स्पर्धकांच्या गाण्याचा आनंद घ्या.

Recently, there are many cases of Mucormycosis noted in Post- covid patients.
For patients who are recovered from Covid 19
You are advised to get yourself regularly checked to rule out Mucormycosis.

If diagnosed early, Mucormycosis can be treated successfully.
Early signs of Mucormycosis can be diagnosed with regular dental checkup
(Early signs includes looseness in teeth, dental pain, bad odor from mouth, pain in palate etc.)

So, the patients who had recently recovered from covid 19, please get yourself checked regularly.

Prevention is always better than cure.

For preventive check up covid recovered patients we have kept special OPD day of Wednesday morning 10am to 1pm. Patients can came directly on this day

सध्या, कोरोनातून बर्‍या झालेल्या बर्‍याच रूग्णांना म्युकरमायकोसिस (पूर्वी काहीसा दुर्मिळ असलेला परंतु सध्याच खूप जास्त प्रमाणात सापडत असलेला) ह्या बुरशीजन्य असा गंभीर आजार झालेला आढळून येत आहे.

त्यामुळेच कोरोनावर यशस्वीरीत्या मात केलेल्या सर्व रूग्णांनी स्वतःची नियमित तपासणी करून घेणे गरजेचे आहे.
लवकर निदान झाल्यास म्युकरमायकोसिस सहज बरा करणे शक्य असते.
म्युकरमायकोसिसच्या सुरुवातीस दात हलायला लागणे, दात दुखायला लागणे, तोंडाचा दुर्गंध येणे, टाळूच्या भागात दुखणे वगैरे लक्षणे दिसून येतात. नियमित तोंड व दाताची तपासणी केल्यास लवकर निदान करणे सहज शक्य आहे.

तरी ह्या कोरोनातून बर्‍या झालेल्या रूग्णांच्या तपासणीसाठी दर बुधवारी सकाळी १० ते १ ही सुविधा ठेवण्यात आलेली आहे.

Fracture of osseointegrated implant is always a nightmare for an Implantologist.
To remove an Osseointegrated implant is a very tough job. Nowadays with help of commercially available Implant Retrieval kits, this tough job's difficulty level is reduced.

Techniques for Implant removal

First try to engage Fixture remover tool’s thread to Implant tightly and try to rotate it.
Many a times internal taper of implant doesn’t get matched with Fixture remover tool hence fixture remover tool doesn’t get engaged easily to implant. In that case use trephine drill to remove implant.
