Sitting indoors constantly at home or office is not what our body is designed for ,step out in nature as we forget we are part of nature we need to connect with nature ,take atleast 20 mins off early morning or evening while you go out for your walk or run or yoga in the park , spend time in nature,it calms the mind , rejuvenates it ,lowers cortisol ,anxiety , depression ,blood pressure ,heart rate

Summer meals should be light to digest and less spicy to avoid acidity,simple vegetables sauted in less oil and spices,no onion no garlic ,tastes delicious ,cooks within 10mins
Pumpkin Capsicum combination is perfect diet recipie espl for weight loss ,a big bowl of serving is quite wholesome and nutritious
Pumpkin should be included our diet twice a week 👍,add in sambar or simply saute and enjoy

A set of cardiovascular drills like jumping jack squats lunges sprint etc
Helps in strengthening 💪core and cardiovascular health

When you have less time to workout this routine is high impact less time duration workout
Simply doing 3 sets twice a week gives best results
Practice only with your fitness coach guidance
