Talk to them and their friends

* Observe their behaviour

* Invest time on your children not money

* Abnormal behaviour patterns like late night coming, demanding money,not attending to college etc.

* Initially talk to them in person and try to console and create such an atmosphere so that he/she open up any issues or problems

* Early diagnosis and treatment may help and prevent ruining lives.

Majority of the admissions are in this age group I.e 18 to 24 yrs only.

24 yr old engeneering graduate, searching for job, becoming irritable on parents,not sleeping,not taking food properly, getting anger on younger sister, suicidal ideas, attempts
On examination reveals severe suicidal ideas, depression, weeping continuously..
Also reveals 2 breakups and one of her ex black mailing her by sharing intimate photos of her to her relatives and father.
Given treatment and counseling.
Advise given to her....
Control your thoughts and emotions.
Stand on your feet first by getting a job.
Accept people and situations as they are.
Study people's attitude and character before entering into a relationship.
Love and care your parents first and improve intimacy with your parents.
Manage your time.
Write down your thoughts, daily routine,to do things list.
Advise given to parents....
She is mature and accept her as she is.
Support her emotionally.
Create an environment in the house to share and accept the things happening.
Just guide her write or wrong when ever she asks ONLY.
Don't bang her your opinions,moral stories on her.
Accept her emotions.
Let her discuss her problems with you.

ఐదేళ్ళ నుండి ప్రేమ...
నిద్రలేమి, ఆత్మహత్య ఆలోచనలు ప్రయత్నాలు, తిండి లేదు, ఇంట్లో వాళ్ళు ఒప్పుకున్నారు..
ఆ అబ్బాయికి ఇప్పుడు కెరీర్ గుర్తు వచ్చింది.. యుఎస్ వెళ్ళి ఎమ్మెస్ చేయాలి ఐదారేళ్ళు ఆగితే ఆగు లేకపోతే నీ దారి నువ్వు చూసుకో అని చెప్పే సరికి ... ఈ పిచ్చి పిల్ల ఆత్మహత్య ప్రయత్నం చేసింది
డిప్రెషన్ కి మందులు ఇవ్వడం జరిగింది చూద్దాం 🙂

Rich or poor..
So many problems will be there..
Physical, mental, injob, financial, family...
What ever may be the situations, problems, conditions...
This is not the solution at all..
Have to live first then only you can achieve anything..
Share with an intimate person..

Today I want to discuss 2 similar cases with similar symptoms..almost.
A girl of 24 yrs, daughter of a government employee, completed her B tec and preparing for GATE exam...
Developed loss of sleep, aggressive behavior, suicidal ideas,attempts, not able to concentrate on studies...
Reason being... one of his senior in the college promised her to marry and was intimate with her and now he doesn't want to marry her...
Another a boy of 24 years
Studying MTec, had a habit of drinking alcohol,smoking Ganza...
For the last 15 days ,he developed thoughts that some people are plotting against him and his family ,suspiciousness, can't sleep, feeling fear and anxiety...
Actually both cases need admission..
But parents requested out patient treatment...
Explained the symptoms and given treatment.
Both of them were students of other state colleges and both of them stayed away from parents...
Parents are the last to know about children's conditions, hobbies etc..
What can we do as parents..
Better create an environment in the house ,so that children can share sensitive situations they are facing..

26/24 year couple married for 2 years. They have premature born baby boy of 3 months,
Since marriage both families are having conflicts on trivial issues. Both parents have egos, hurting each other verbally, not able to tolerate each other. All 4 of them are well educated and employees also between these elders, young couple is suffering like any thing.
Girl was given anti depressants and anxiolytics, husband was counselled.
* First 2 to 3 years of marriage is crucial to understand each other's family dynamics, pros and cons..
* Understanding each other's positives and negatives and adjust accordingly.
*Balance between parents and in laws.
* Sharing and caring each other... and so on 💐💐
