Patient Profile

Diabetic | Hypertensive | Obese | OSA | High Coronary Calcium Score | CAD ➡️ All risk factors strongly point towards calcified plaque.

🛠️ During angioplasty, the lesion was resistant and difficult to crack. The patient was non-affordable, so advanced tools like IVL or Rotablation were not an option.

💪 We used the buddy-wire technique to enhance support and finally cracked the calcium with high-pressure ballooning.
