📢 📘 Salary Rule Explained

Many people are talking about a new rule:
👉 “Basic salary should be 50% of total salary”

Let’s understand this in very simple terms 👇

🔹 What is Basic Salary?
It is the main part of your salary.
👉 PF & Gratuity are calculated from this

---

🔹 What is the New Rule?
👉 Basic salary should be at least 50% of your total CTC

⚠️ Important: This is *NOT implemented yet everywhere in India

🔹 What happens if this rule comes?

📈 Benefits:
✔️ Higher PF savings 🏦
✔️ Higher Gratuity 💰

📉 Downside:
❗ Slightly less take-home salary

🔹 Simple Example:
Basic ₹30,000 → PF ₹3,600
Basic ₹50,000 → PF ₹6,000

👉 More PF = Less in-hand, but better future savings
