Complicated Retrosternal Thyroid Goitre

Patient(16years old boy) who was suffering from long-standing bone pains and bony weakness, and was diagnosed with parathyroid disease, specifically adenoma.
Parathyroid adenoma is a benign tumor that grows on the parathyroid gland, which regulates calcium levels in the body. Glad to know that doctors successfully treat the patient and save their life.
