It is also the reverse side of this chakra by which I mean on your back that the wings hail from as you will learn in the opening of wings technique. Then we move on to the core star it appears like a pure white ball of light if viewed and is located an inch and a half above your belly button. It is here that the soul resides and it is here that we find the one that waits within. And then we move down into the earth and learn about the earthstar, if viewed it would appear as a greener /brown orb 6 inches below you feet. It is also known that the centre is the one that grounds us to the physical plane.
