Pt came with spacing in upper front teeth and she is not interested for orthodontic , aligners & even veneer treatment. So we opted composite resin as a choice for immediately closing gaps .. getting colour matching is high task for every one for cases like these, we selected A3 shade palfique Lx5 resin to match the tooth.

Deep caries management : patient came with deep caries tooth with no complaint of pain , after check with X-ray pulp is not involved , so excavation of caries & immediate dentin sealing and resin coating is done. And preparation for LiDi crown done & fixation with palfique universal bond.
