Jala Neti is a Yoga Kriya mentioned in ancient Hata Yogic texts. It clears the anterrior nostrils which is the threshold for virus to reach our lungs. Fighting the virus at the primary stage itself makes us virus free.
PROCES
1. Get a jalneti or neti pot of steel or plastic of your choice
2. Get lukewarm water mixed with pinch of salt\
3. Pour the lukewarm saline water into the neti pot
4. Stand or sit comfortably in a place to neti
5..Hold the jalneti with one hand and bend down
6. Turn your head upwards in the direction of the hand holding Jalneti
7. Insert the tip of the jalneti into one of your nostrils
8. Lift Neti pot so that jal enters your nostril
9. Ensure jal comes out of other nostril till you empty the neti pot.
Repeat the same with opposite nostril

Note
* Keep breating with your nostrils. Don't breat with your nostrils as water
may enter into your lungs.
* Initially you may not be successful due hard nose blocks. You will be
successful if u do it repeatedly
* You may get burning sensation or heavyness around your nose and eyes
which is good

BENEFITS
1. Helps most of the notril problems like nasal irritation, swollen blood vessesl, nose block and more importantly clears bactiria, virus, dust and foreign material.
2. It is mandatory for better practice of kapala pala bhati and pranayama
3.Eyes get better blood suppy and helps to deal with eye problems like eye dryness
