🩺🌿 Multidisciplinary Diagnostic Camp under the Family Adoption Program
📍 Venue: RHTC, Gothva Village
👨‍⚕️ Organized by: Dept. of Community Medicine, NMCRC, Sankalchand Patel University

As part of its ongoing Family Adoption Program, Sankalchand Patel University organized a Multidisciplinary Health Camp at Gothva village, bringing together experts from modern medicine, dentistry, ayurveda, and homeopathy under one roof.

🎯 Objectives:
✔️ Offer free medical care to rural residents
✔️ Provide a holistic, integrated healthcare experience
✔️ Identify and refer complex cases for advanced treatment

🧠💪 Physiotherapy Awareness Session in Tailors – Community Outreach by Final Year Students

The session began with an orientation for students on conducting physiotherapy sessions tailored for local tailors. Final-year students were guided and prepared for this impactful out-field visit.

🎯 Goals of the initiative:

Educate about posture correction, workstation ergonomics, and movement breaks.

Promote early identification of musculoskeletal issues.

Encourage professional physiotherapy consultation over self-treatment.

Well-defined groups were assigned specific roles, and the team visited various areas of Visnagar. They initiated one-on-one counselling at local colleges and universities, offering guidance, practical exercises, and treatment based on individual needs.

On June 20, 2025, the Community Physiotherapy Department of Nootan College of Physiotherapy, affiliated with Sankalchand Patel University, organized a meaningful field visit to Sai Dham Old Age Home, Vadnagar. The primary goals were:

We at Sankalchand Patel University are delighted to share that our PhD Scholar, Mr. Tank Hardik Bharatkumar, has successfully defended his PhD title, “LOW PAPR FILTERED OFDM FOR MASSIVE MIMO IN 5G COMMUNICATION,” on 14th june 2025, under the supervision of Dr. D J. Shah The thesis was carefully reviewed by our esteemed external examiner, Dr.Arvind Yadav, who also graciously attended the oral defence in person and provided his expert recommendation, paving the way for the award of the PhD degree.
We sincerely congratulate the scholar on his hard-earned and fantastic success - “Dr. Hardik Bharatkumar Tank.” We are sure that his dedicated research and quality publications will be helpful for novice researchers in this field and a beacon in their path. We wish him outstanding accomplishments in his future ventures and career path.
