Not getting appropriate light can also be a reason for obesity and weight gain. Light plays a very vital role in our lives and in various processes and systems of our body. Here in cities with this amount of pollution, it is really important to be cautious about the water we drink. Keeping the TDS (total dissolved solvents) in check of the water we drink on daily basis is important. Also, drinking water with a negligible amount of minerals (over-purified) can lead to many deficiencies. Drink safe water and save our water.

Cold showers are very effective to maintain the levels of dopamine and epinephrine in our bodies. Which eventually keeps us motivated and energetic all day. But taking a cold shower after 2 hours of waking can lower the temperate of our body, which is not good. When we sleep the temperature of our body decreases and when we wake up it again starts rising, which takes 2 hours. If we shower after 2 hours the temperate of our body drops again and our brain gets confused about the state of our body as the inputs from our senses start contradicting. This can lead to an off mood and a less enthusiastic day.
