Sometimes you need not to take full 1 hour case,
Sometimes u don't need repertory
Sometimes sphere of action leads to correct remedy
Sometimes not evertime..
It was case of suppurative panaritium and that too ailments after injury ..patient already had 4 days antibiotics course n applied turmeric
Silicea came to my mind (alas! Why I prescribe silicea so much-may be its indicated)
But remedy given was Rx Myristica seb 30 tds 8 days
Follow up says all
I asked patient to stop any local application or turmeric

A 38 year old female consulted for acne since months cause unknown , despite of good regime and diet left her with dark spots
My first prescription was eugenia jam 6c tds for 8 days then pl 30 for 8 days, there was remarkable improvement but acne relapsed after 15 days which made me dig deeper into the case and found she is a known case of hypothyroidism and its running in her family history- all her sisters, aunt, mother grandmother..
I prescribed 5 doses of Thyroidinum 1m bed time for 5 days
Trust me she never had acne and now having worlds best medicine since 3 months and not willing to discontinue the treatment 🙃

Its not that simple to take whole long case , 7 histories, probe into detailed emotions and their reaction
Its not that simple how 2 kidney failure cases are variable and individualized
Its not that simple we have more than 40 drugs for fever and eventually you have to prescribe just one
Its not that simple as soon as you open a new clinic ,invest a hefty amount and patients starts appearing in drift (good things takes time, alot time)
Its not that simple you see your non medico friends earning lakh and visiting on-site, few colleagues doing RMOship and you still preparing for MD
Its not that simple you make people Beleive that Homoeopathy is not slow ..you can consult for acute and emergencies too..
Its not that simple but yet worth it !
Every step dedicated towards Homoeopathy is worth it.. ✨️

Case discussion 35

55 year old female complaint of pain in foot due to skin affection which looks like tinea pedia
She said her skin is extremely dry and it peels off , this pains alot n her feet sweats a lot which intensifies her pain

Sharing follow up in in just 15 days

Remedy given mancinella 30 bd for 7 days and coconut oil application
Also i asked her to remove her toe rings as part of auxiliary line of management to rule out atopic dermatitis

Those asking me reason to prescribe please ponder to materia medica often more...

A 6 year old girl child came with her mother with complaint of recurrent boils one after the other every summers especially
Hot and thirsty by generals apart from sweet cravings her mother added she is extreme devotee of krishna.she prays multiple times a day , talks to krishna n consider herself follower of krishna and doesnt like to go out much.. spend most of the time in temple at home (it was evident from her religious mark on forhead)

I was not surprised by result of skin issues in 2 weeks rather change in her behaviour staggered me more
Her mother said she has started going to park now with friends

Isnt it beauty of Homoeopathy that can change personality of an individual and bringing them more towards normal

This is a case of 72-year-old female c/o red eye- right, first thought came into my mind was sub conjunctival hemorrhage due to hypertension but patient was not hypertensive
so, my first prescription was arnica 30 tds, I usually take follow up in 2-3 days in such conditions, i was happy with the results for first few days but my castle demolished when complaints recurred. now the time came for deeper understanding of case, on enquiring she told me it may be due to pollution of Delhi, considering it as eye injury she recovered with ruta-30 tds within 3 days
